Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PunjabShoppingHub. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
• The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items on final sale or clearance (unless defective)
• Digital downloads or software that has been activated

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support at support@punjabshoppinghub.com with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
• Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you via email about the status of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• For JazzCash/EasyPaisa payments, refunds will be credited back to your mobile wallet
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., different color), please contact us first. Exchange items are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
• We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost
• If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including shipping

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

• First, check your bank account or mobile wallet again
• Contact your payment provider - there may be processing time before the refund is posted
• If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@punjabshoppinghub.com

8. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
